Private Class

Roots Childbirth also offers private classes in your home and on your schedule. These classes are taught one-on-one, in person, with a Roots instructor. You’ll get everything you’d get from a group class, but without the group. This is a wonderful option for pregnant people and couples who have busy calendars, childcare challenges, cannot commit to a set class schedule or who don’t feel comfortable sharing space in a group for any reason. We’ve got you covered with flexible, private classes we bring right to you!

Your investment in a Private Class is $350

Virtual Class

Maybe you learn better by yourself, at your own pace. Maybe you don’t live in middle TN where we offer in-person classes. No worries! Roots now offers a virtual option that is interactive, informative and complete. You’ll get access to the entire Roots curriculum with supplemental videos by the author, detailed graphics and plenty of time to move slowly through the information during and after your pregnancy.

Your investment for the Virtual Option is $250

A comprehensive childbirth class (not taught by a hospital) is one of the best ways you can prepare for your birth. Whether you plan on delivering at home, a birthing center or a hospital, the Roots curriculum will FULLY prepare you for what to expect, teach you how to advocate for yourself, your partner and your baby and teach you how to exercise informed decision-making through the complex, and often confusing, intervention process that often goes hand in hand with birth. Meeting your baby for the first time should be a time of celebration and joy, not trauma and pain. We are committed to empowering families with the tools they need to have the safest, healthiest and most empowered birth available to them.
