"Gaylea and Frances are such a special care team. They are compassionate, thorough, gentle, responsible, and kind. I had a tough pregnancy with intense exhaustion and sickness, and they were tender and encouraging as I walked through a very different experience than I'd anticipated. As a birthworker and first time mom, I had a lot of anxiety around making sure I had the best care possible and finding a care team that was comfortable letting me drive the decision making. They absolutely did that, even helping me walk through all (and I mean ALL) my options when my baby was stubbornly breech. They listened to my tears, had long talks with me, and even continued my prenatal check ins after I'd officially transferred to an OB.
